KANA was charged with intent to fraud, claiming connections it didn't have. Its no longer trading under that symbol but has changed to KKRS. In all sectors of the market, buyer beware. I sold before the sht hit the fan because I didn't like the technicals. As for being burned in the market, my all time worst was with CPQ a number of years ago when it got cut in half in a few days... ADM also hurt when it was accused of price fixing. finance.yahoo.com As for ECNC, they've recently made moves to avoid potentially troubled areas, ie the gambling sector. They've been responsive to the small investor by providing stock dividends for loyalty and been slightly more communicative than most bb stocks on company business progress. I feel its a higher quality gamble in this arena and currently selling at an attractive price. In fact I'm selling shares of MU today (which I think are near their top) and distributing the profits among some bb's including ECNC. Good trading..
