Thx, Mark. Insider sales though could be due to the old biz / former biz that the company was involved in and those owners just wanting to get out.

What we don't know yet is how many of those Planned Sale shares have been sold. Perhaps many. Perhaps only a handful.

But, other co's in the sector have moved up, and RRRR expanding and growing. Maybe these are something like restricted shares and these ppl have been waiting to sell -- look at IMCL whose insiders sold (and the reason afterward is b/c Merck GmbH was taking an equity stake) and the stock climbed quite a bit.

Mark, note also, along with IMCL insider sales, FVCX seems to have had some insider sales - the float went from 3 mill to 8.3 mill about a week ago, without any announcement. My thought on FVCX is similar to the actuality on IMCL. Taking it another step forward, the same could be true for RRRR, could it not?
