davedb -- I do not think it is going back down to $8 -- I think accumulation is occuring at these levels -- I think the PGE report makes it clear that news is just around the corner -- I have been pretty good at calling when this thing is going to move up -- I think in the next week or two it will start a sustained move to 30 by end of the year. You may be right -- if you are I will buy more -- but I think it is only a matter of days now.
