Looks like it's just consolidating. They have announced a good bit of new business. Received a speculative buy rating from a brokerage that says they are in the best position they have ever been in. Voted one of the fastest growing businesses in SD. No guarantee's of course, but I think better days are ahead.

Somebody sure felt good enough to throw $10,000,000 their way. These firms do their homework as well...they don't throw money at everybody.
