Looks like it's just consolidating.

They have announced a good bit of new business.

Received a speculative buy rating from a brokerage that says they are in the best position they have ever been in.

Voted one of the fastest growing businesses in SD.

No guarantee's of course, but I think better days are ahead.

Imaging Technologies Announces Agreement With IKON Office Solutions

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 24, 1999--

Worldwide Office Technology Products Company Will Sell ITEC's New ColorBlind Matchbox All-in-One

Color Matching Package

Imaging Technologies Corp., pioneer in the development of digital imaging solutions, announced today that IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN) will begin selling ITEC's ColorBlind Matchbox Color Matching System through its Business Services Division.

IKON will offer ColorBlind Matchbox for sale with color copiers as well as in their regular office product sales channels. ColorBlind Matchbox is the first all-in-one ICC/ColorSync compatible color-matching package selling for under $1000.

"IKON's vast international channels open up opportunities for ColorBlind Color Management technology outside of ITEC's traditional graphic arts and publishing markets," said Brian Bonar, chief executive officer of Imaging Technologies. "ColorBlind Matchbox gives IKON's customers unprecedented control over their color output, that should make IKON and their customers very happy."

You asked the following question :
<<Does anyone following this thread still feel confident about this company and it's long term prospects>>

My guess is the answer is below. Somebody sure felt good enough to throw $10,000,000 their way. These firms do their homework as well...they don't throw money at everybody. I just think we need to be patient and down the road we can all kick ourselves for not buying more.

Have a great weekend :
