FWIW I hope CELL would hold out for at least $18 to $20!! BTW, what would ERICY want with CELL? CELL has distribution agreements with all their competitors and would most likely lose those agreements if ERICY bought them. If anything I could see CELL merging with CLST.

The ERICY rumor buyout on Yahoo msg board is $8-9.

From what I am told, ERICY is rumored to buy everyone, and it does not happen.

FWIW - I do not know for certain.
