Basically, you should follow their suggestion

and disable Dr.Watson to see if in fact the
dailing problem goes away. disabling that
temporarially won't do any damage. Now if
in fact Dr.Watson is conflicting, then we
can discuss it's merits, and/or using other
products to give you the piece of mind you
need. personally, I believe Dr.Watson is
a waste since it's not updated nearly as
often as a good antivirus diagnostic utility
like the ones sold by Symantec. Either way,
first determine if the conflict is valid
based on Huges tech support suggestions.
