Couple more things re. post 3002: WHEREAS, Sungold Gaming International failed to live up to its obligations under that agreement, and WHEREAS, on October 30, 1998 the Band's attorneys notified Sungold Gaming that because Sungold had failed to adhere to its obligations of the aforementioned agreement the Band had been forced to seek other sources of financial assistance, and WHEREAS, on November 17, 1998 the aforementioned tribal attorneys sent Sungold Gaming International a second letter offering to negotiate a settlement of all matters relating to the Band's prior business dealings with Sungold Gaming, and I couldn't find any supporting information regarding the above in the defense documents. Did I miss them?
