This could be the key that the OLB sector needs also at the very bottom of that article:

IMHO I think you have made a good move today......we will see what happens with the Fed on Oct. 5th. Until then OLB will just be in a trading range. Good luck.

I first bought EGRP at split-adjusted 31 and sold half around 70; from there it's a comfortable ride to hold it long term.

Hope the numbers work for you too.
