Right!.....I had actually posted about the purification process that AVBC was using, months back when I was still on the ice. A French company was employing it, but Tom didn't elaborate as to the process. I would assume some sort of ultrafiltration utilizing a Reverse Osmosis membrane or even the newer ceramic units. Possibly post-treatng the purified water using ozone, which leaves no residual.
Already had the bottles in the freezer to maximize thermal transfer per unit time......ahem. GB, you want to get in on this?......hehe hehe hehe....how about a couple of formulas with some mass flowrates, BTU/surface area, or the like.....

Just took a hit off of the Java, and it is good.....but as stated before, more Ameretto-type cherry flavor than coffee.

Will be sampling for the rest of the day.....Yaahoo!
