I agree with your comments...Although brokers have been around for an eternity, OLBs must be judged as a new and separate industry/category rather in the same way that the market has evaluated Amazon v. neighborhood bookstores. In the first half of this century, there were over 200 automobile manufacturers....now only a handful. New industries/categories naturally go through a Darwinian type of consolidation. The strongest will survive. This will be seen globally throughout internet based/benefitted companies. Part of the appeal of NITE is that it is not an OLB, but will most likely benefit from whichever OLBs survive.
