Speaking of hypocrites, bet the dinosaur media will love this proposal. Potentially doubles add revenues and at the same time discourages groups from sneaking around their editorial ropes and going directly to the public.

Hell, the first amendment only applies to newspaper companies anyway. There was no internet when the constitution was written.

"Well roundedness" is the primary requirement. From what I have heard (I know a couple of Rhodes Scholars), the ability to schmooze the committee is the main factor....
