CERIDIAN AND MINDSPRING ANNOUNCE MARKETING AGREEMENT LEADING PROVIDERS
OF INTERNET-BASED SERVICES TEAM UP TO PROVIDE SMALL BUSINESSES WITH A

Ceridian Small Business Solutions, Inc., a business unit of Ceridian

Provider, today announced a reciprocal marketing agreement where the
two companies will work together to provide Internet-based business
services to their mutual small business customers.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ceridian Small Business Solutions
customers who sign on with MindSpring will avoid start-up fees for
MindSpring's Web hosting and dial-up services, and will be eligible for
30 days of free dial-up services. MindSpring Biz subscribers who sign
on with Ceridian Powerpay(TM), Ceridian's Web-based payroll and tax
filing service, will avoid installation service charges. In addition,
Ceridian Small Business Solutions will promote MindSpring's services
via its Internet portal ( ceridiansmallbusiness.com ) and
MindSpring will promote Ceridian's services via its MindSpring Biz site
( business.mindspring.com )
