perhaps we can talk fcm here, take a look at this maybe somehow you can explain what is conytained in this new filing of fcm's. There seems to be a major discrepancy, did fcm have a contract with usat back on May 13, 1999, because todays filing states they have no NO CONTRACT WITH ANY MAJOR CUSTOMER Check this out.

But ray look at this and I quote from today's filing. YOU MUST NOTE THIS PART IN PARTICULAR, THE COMPANY HAS NO "ONGOING" SUPPLY CONTRACTS WITH ANY OF ITS MAJOR CUSTOMERS, BUT ON MAY 13, 1999 FCM FILED PAPERS IN VENTURA COUNTY COURT THAT SPECIFICALLY SAID WITHIN WEEKS AFTER MAGRUDER WENT TO WORK FOR FNETS CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER INSTRUCTED FNET TO SUSPEND PERFORMANCE IN RELATION TO EXISTING CONTRACTS ETC ETC, NOW TELL ME RAY WHAT CONTRACTS WERE THOSE THAT FCM HAD IN THOSE COURT FILINGS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TODAYS FILING COME RAY TELL ME THAT

Our sales have been concentrated in a relatively small number of customers, who account for a significant portion of our revenues. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 1999, a single customer represented 76% of sales. The loss of any major customer could adversely affect the Company. The Company has no ongoing supply contracts with any of its major customers
