this one is fun.... there are 4 people, no more than 2 of whom can cross a river at any given time. 1 can go across in one minute, 1 can go across in 2 minutes, 1 can go across in 5 minutes, and 1 takes 10 minutes... they have to travel together because it's dark and they only have one flashlight between the 4 of them. Someone has to ferry the flashlight back and forth. (you cannot throw the flashlight or anything else silly like that). the objective is to get everyone across the river in exactly 17 minutes.
