to zach, SCHARTZ is there to make money and anyway they will make some, at least ten millions they bought 50 millions dollar of ac share , anything he sell they will succed to sell with a profi of near 20% ,but this type of co is smart ,they will let the stock drove buy anothe offer of ?????? and cash their investment at a one hundred percent profit the less that mr.SCHWARTZ did for AC is a kik somewhere. it has given a better price to shareholders they had the gut to buy . which is something and also a strategy to give a plus value to a stock when the reutor is on. thanks jack bross
