re:cranking the presses...

watched an interesting segment on Y2K defensive posturing by the feds...the printing presses are running as we speak...if we have ONLY 1-1 1/2 percent of the folks deciding to cash in ther chips prior to close of the year, there is not enough money available to meet the demand today...cranked they are.

and if the third world countries are not compliant, what will the trickle down (up) effect be? If the machines aren't working, nor are the people running them, cuz they've been sent home for the day(s)...

made me think about one time bomb that could send our markets into a tizzy...as I remain a full fledged bull, with a careful eye on the indicators...and soon Y2K effect.

Heinz, you may be right but I am not so sure as it will take a long time for the LTI's (Long Term Idiots) to realize that paper is only paper and it's value depends very much about how much the next idiot is willing to pay for it.

It is interesting how easy they are able to push up junk stocks.

Alice in wonderland - profitless companies are worth billions in a profitless economy. So if nobody makes money the reasoning goes money is worthless therefore the price of a stock has no meaning it is a FASHION THING <GG>
