Springboard deal is basically done. I think it will work out well. From what I could see it will be a good move for Kasten. But the real key is... will they sell enough Versapath and RASP. If these products are so great, then the sales force must be exceptionally incompetent.

Don't know where the bottom is ed. What concerns me is I haven't heard anything further about the Springboard deal maybe things are unravelling, maybe they can't get the money for the deal, who knows.

The only money that I can see in this deal is the stock options and paycheques they will have to give out to a whole new management team. I don't think the deal is unravelling, I think they are busy making sure everyone EXCEPT the stockholders gets a big piece of the pie. I don't think the people they are getting on board are working for free, and they are making NO money again this quarter. So the value of the company is going down again. The good thing about the Springboard Setup is that maybe someone will take it over and we can get a few crumbs that way. I think they are playing to what is good for management, and let the shareholders beware.

Peter
