Win2000 issues are especially tricky

because the consumer flavor of it is
probably the longest wait to get. I
think MSFT will be focusing mostly on
the client/server/enterpise versions and
leave the most difficult implimantation,
namely consumer machines for last.

MSFT is having great difficulty with the
kind of plug and play universe consumers
have become accustomed to. This is cause
most P&P device drivers are not 32bit.
(Win'98 SE helped buy them some time)

I admire your initiatives with Windows'NT
but do you really need to be so cautious?
Generally as long as you stay with commercial
Win'95/98/NT stuff, you can undo most damage.
