Also from the 8-K: 90 Day Lock-up agreement: 3.13 Ordinary Course Brokerage and Trading. Subject to compliance with all applicable securities laws and Nasdaq regulations, no Purchaser shall be prohibited from engaging in its ordinary course brokerage and trading activities in respect of the Company's Common Stock. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Brown Simpson Strategic Growth Fund, L.P., Brown Simpson Strategic Growth Fund, Ltd. and Brown Simpson - ORD Investments LLC acknowledge that they shall be prohibited from engaging in any such activities until December 13, 1999.
