Here it is: Thermal Control board changes Thermal Control Technologies Corp TCT Shares issued 14,841,842 1999-09-22 close $0.09 Wednesday Sep 22 1999 Mr. William Wagner reports Thermal Control has accepted the resignation of Blaine Maller as president and chief executive officer and has appointed William Wagner as president and CEO, and Nathan Hansen as vice-president of finance. Both appointments are to be on an interim basis. Blaine Maller will remain as a director of the company. Thermal Control has also accepted the resignation of Vern Maller from the board of directors. Mr. Hansen has been appointed as a director of the company to replace Vern Maller. The appointment of Mr. Hansen as an officer and director is subject to the approval of the Alberta Stock Exchange.
