Jim, you see a lot of MM action on these pennies. They artificially create a market and then dump. You'll see a price spike on the screen, but try selling for that price. It's all MM manipulation. Good example. BICO, 700 million shares outstanding. authorization for another 250 million shares and the price spikes from .02 to .37. All MM pumping. If something is worth only .02 at 700 million, it sure as h3ll isn't worth .37 at 950 million.

Jim, Could it be related to those recent "strategic" alliances, or a need to pay bills? Without financials for almost two(2) years (1997 was latest announced, and dismal at that), what are investors or potential investors left to consider?
