seems to me, IFCI has now passed through the "big disappointment" phase and is now on to the "he should not be able to screw it up from here". I see the stock rising from here. Maybe slowly, but I think we saw the lows. The contract is still there, the business is still growing and they will get their act together. I hear the board is very active in getting quality management into the firm at this time. New accounting system is just going into place. Pieces are going to come together (in spite of themselves).
