Amots, That article doesn't seem to paint quite as bad a picture. I vote for the worse picture. It apparently takes a week or so to bring up a fab from planned shut down. With all these aftershocks I sure wouldn't be too excited about turning 'em back on too soon only to get smacked again. Guess it depends on how big a shock it takes to knock the equipment out of alignment and also screw up the clean systems.
