Yes, indeed Rhonda you are correct that the delisting will not occur until Oct. 20 as you describe. Certainly I would not want to mislead anyone in this regard. My understanding of the 5th letter was incorrect. I have just posted the controlling language that describes this timing as I would now understand it. My apologies for my imprecision. (However, your use of as usual was highly uncalled for. I have to challenge you to provide additional information to support this allegation on your part.)

I think the larger question remains, however, of when you are going to file audited financials with the SEC. I recall statements attributed to you from May of 1998 about what a priority filing financials was for you. I am equally sure that you would not want to mislead either.

So, with that in mind, when do you expect to actually file acceptable financials with the SEC? Your 30 day examination of eligibility begins Friday, the way I read the OTCBB document. What is the timing of your submission to the SEC? Or is it just not going to happen at all?

Hey Rhonda, so as to avoid my facts not being up to snuff as you might be wont to say, and of course taking the advice so often offered on these threads to "call the company", how about you shed some light on these allegations being raised about ownership of the Contact Management software.

Are you and have you been behind IDFR, as well as CSHKE, all along as alleged? Is the software you are marketing as your contact management software built substantially off of the source code of the Relate Technologies products? Do you have a contract with Relate for the use of their code?

I think it would be useful for you to help straighten out these allegations.
