WE'RE MOVING TO KJLA-TV!

           Starting Monday, October 4, 1999

              Part of transition to Digital TV!

After thirty-two years on KWHY-TV, "Business News 22" is moving to
KJLA-TV on Monday, October 4, 1999. The move is part of our
transition to digital television. In January, 2000, "Business News 22"
will begin the era of digital television in Los Angeles by broadcasting
over KWHY-DT, digital television Channel 42. Digital television will
allow us to provide a sharper, clearer television picture as well as
more information to our loyal viewers.

The first step in this transition is to move our current regular television
programming to KJLA-TV. This will allow us to continue to serve
viewers who have not yet invested in digital TV sets. KJLA-TV
broadcasts over the air on the following channels:

 Greater Los Angeles
 West Side
 West San Gabriel Valley 
                                         Channel 44
 Ventura County
 Parts of Los Angeles County
                                         Channel 57
 Santa Barbara County

If where you live is not included in the over-the-air coverage, or the signal is
weak, your cable TV provider may carry it now, or will in the near future. For
