If I'm reading this right...... The longer the time ie. days the issue has a W% under .50 or -.50 the longer the build up for a spike above that set's the stage for a near term fast move up in the issue? Do I tell it like you said it???? (EDIT IT'S ON THE GOLDEN LIST BOARD) I just put a post on a board about the Canada Vse. Gold site Dam cannot think of the name. Well look in my posting file and read it as its very big. There trying to shut the door on shorting across the line, on All BB. issues one starts and they will all clean house IMO.
