Please note that several days ago someone on this thread reported the Quake III results as 3-6% faster since he scaled up from 533 MHz to 550 MHz. This scaling is not valid. It is true that Got Apex compared 533 MHz Rambus numbers against 550 MHz Sdram numbers but the reason he did that is because the 533 MHz Rambus numbers are slightly faster than the 550 MHz Rambus numbers.

Well, the 3-6% is what you should see when comparing a 600Mhz BX system to a 600Mhz Camino system. That's the matchup that the press will key on, I think.

From a tech point of view, the interesting comparison will be between a 133Mhz (overclocked) BX and Camino. If these benchmarks are any indication, the hypothetical "BX plus" will win easily.
