Tim, not sure of the reason - but here is my stats - Of all my CS hldings (And I have been buying since April - I average about $15 1/2)
I did sell 60% of that on Friday, but will be buying back in within the next 48 hours at what I think will be the best price - I do not want to be out more than 48 hours - I kinda fwelt the stock would go lower after earnings, but because I am so ceratin they will be aqcuired is why I held onto 40% friday and did not liquidate my entire holdings...

I've made 3 separate purchases of CS with an average cost of $17.95/sh and hold 708 shares.
