I don't know about that, it was reported on CNBC this morning one of the buyers in the BOE sale yesterday was a CENTRAL BANK! That means at least one CB thinks gold is a form of money. Are we seeing a turn in sentiment? More on this when I've got time to find it.

Wheeling-Pitt Raising Prices - (WHEELING) -- Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel has announced an increase in prices for shipments after the first of the year. The company plans to hike the cost on hot rolled sheet steel by 25-dollars a ton. Cold-rolled and coated sheet metal will go up by 20-dollars a ton.
