It's 10:00 EST and the stock isn't open yet. Why?

Just checked Yahoo profile on EVIS and noticed that cash on hand per share has risen from
.31 to .77. Can anyone account for this infusion of cash? EVIS is sitting on a $14,400,000
war chest right now.

Any comments on low volume and sliding price? EVIS has 14.4 million in the bank(according to Yahoo profile) yet are trading at a market cap of 7.5 million, does not make sense.

If they report positive earnings in the next few weeks on top of the .77 per share on hand then we should go over $1.00, IMO.

Getting sick and tired of seeing 100 and 200 share lots going off at the bid, definate manipulation.
