The company also puts out strong accept of reject recommendations that most shareholders will follow. Right now if you were offered $10 you "say" some would take it BUT that is probably not true :-} MOst would say "hey that is the first offer.. if it's worth $10 it's probably worth more :-} Remember stock holders are gamblers at heart :-} Especially if the company big shots put out news clips telling the holders that they think the offer is very much under valued. Why is there no take out offers at all???? Not even $5??? ( One reason is how much Vote would Aber get ) Why bid if you have no chance of success. How much stock is actually "floating" around ?? In "loose hands" RE>>sweet stock option deal to make it worth his while.<< That's a wee bit low ..... Money is money but soul is soul... Don't bet RT will sell his out for a few dollar more.
