The Children's Beverage GroupSlashes Preferred Stock Conversion Rate September 28, 1999 11:28 AM NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 28, 1999--In a unanimous vote, the Board of Directors of The Children's Beverage Group TCBG has voted to cut its Preferred Stock conversion rate from 25-to-1 to 5-to-1.
