zonkie, according to the thread's "inside" pipe to the company, as of a month ago, the sharks had only an insignificant amount of unconverted paper. Yet the stock is still under heavy pressure as we enter the fourth quarter which is "supposed" to be positive cash flow. That is not exactly a rational behavior for a stock, thus the conclusion must be that the shark is still around, has plenty of paper to convert, and if he does not convert, it might be because the volume is not high enough for the shark to do what it needs to do. It is also quite possible that the new "investors" are no different than the old investors (a wolf in sheep clothing), and you are in the face of a leaky floorless.

In both cases, that will influence Gordon position only a little, he has the board "sawn up" with only Lufty as an outsider. The holders of the roughly 200 MM new shares (from the 60 MM or so a year ago to about 250 MM or so by the time that new convertible is finished) are all small investors (Except Fred that by know must have a million shares, but even that is less than 1%), and thus will not be able to force an ousting. Mind you the new investors are probably selling short against their own box (the conversion price will be above market, but which one of the next few months' price?), thus they will not be holding any either. So far despite the addition of more than a 100 million new shares in the the last year, no one has filed an insider report, indicating none holds more than 4.9%.

I still think that it is not too late to salvage whatever one has in this stock, since I think it has a pretty good chance of ending under $.01. This, of course is just my opinion.
