Fred , Anyone can bash by asking "perfectly good" questions I.e.
have the police made you quit beating your wife ? >g<
If you can't take the heat , stay out of the kitchen.
Thanks for your timely questions. We'll miss you........I hope.

re: 'If FNTN is growing, are they hiring new technical people to support said growth ?'.

he answer is no. To *ME*, this is a red flag, to you, it may mean NOTHING.

Nice try Fred.....

Because they are acquiring a company that has numerous employees with the technical expertise that they can use!

June 4th 1999 Spring Management Letter
Concurrently, we've taken the opportunity of this filing to register stock to offer to the public. In essence, we've killed the proverbial two birds with one stone by pooling time and effort. Besides becoming a reporting company, the offering gives us the ability to raise additional capital and to accelerate our expansion.

On the topic of expansion -we are also considering an acquisition, and have been looking at a handful of candidates over the past few months. We're generally looking at privately held companies. An acquisition should, in our eyes, bring not only additional services and products to our portfolio, but also should bring a pool of talent that will help us overall. And finally, the completion of the offering along with a strategic acquisition may help us meet the criteria needed to list on NASDAQ Small Cap, which include having $4,000,000 in net tangible assets.

Fred, I have neither changed my ID or am I a newbie. I am simply an investor with 40,000 shares of FNTN. I Believe this company will have some measure of success, when I dont know. But like any investment, the greater the risk the greater the rewards. At this point ,it seems that the rewards are going to be large. Fred , I wish you luck. Please dont become a bitter x stock holder. See yah.
