Because they are acquiring a company that has numerous employees with the technical expertise that they can use! In essence, we've killed the proverbial two birds with one stone by pooling time and effort. Besides becoming a reporting company, the offering gives us the ability to raise additional capital and to accelerate our expansion. On the topic of expansion -we are also considering an acquisition, and have been looking at a handful of candidates over the past few months. We're generally looking at privately held companies. An acquisition should, in our eyes, bring not only additional services and products to our portfolio, but also should bring a pool of talent that will help us overall.
