*AV*--for now, uts every man for themselves. We have warned about protecting profits and that is what we did with NSIL. During this pullback, it deos not make sense to discuss the best attributes of a stock until we see it hit a bottom. The readers were able to take NSIL from roughly $12.63 up to $17.50 and get out along the way, over the past week,

Certain disciplines, like 20%-30% rise in a day would have had some people head for the door. Others would have propbably left with 30% or more within a week, while some would have been out at $14.75 and above with a nornal self setting LLT.

Our bullish opinion has not changed on NSIL but we find ourselves in a position to enter at $12.50 or less for another bite of the apple. We are patient and can wait for a slight up-tick. We played the stock well and took it for a 20%-40% ride, depending on where you got in and decided to get out.

NSIL provided all the action we desired and we will revisit on our own timetable.<GGG>
