Ibexx, Did you see Dell's new commercial yesterday featuring Michael Dell talking direct to the customer's watching the ad and coming off as committed, competent and personal. In my opinion, this is quite a significant event that I predict will rival the growth in trust achieved by Dave Thomas taking that approach several years ago. This will increase the appeal to buyers in the home PC market which still is governed by consumer fears and uncertainty. The personal touch goes a long way to building trust.
