Well, that's a matter of simple arithmetic, ain't it? If the Congress party came to power, the stability of the government will be inversely proportional to the number of seats the BJP gets. The vote for congress, vote for stability plank is just ridiculous. Well, maybe. But that is only about as ridiculous as the "vote for NDA, vote for stability" plank.
