Goutama - <-- I had exactly the same questions about the list. If the list is true, then I wonder why PIII650E and PIII700E are not in the launch list. May be they are having problems with PLL circuitry on the chip (650E and 700E require higher clock multipliers). This is just my WAG in the absence of any other info. May be PB can shed some light on these missing speed grades.>

IF the E parts you are wondering about are not launched, it would not be due to any defective circuitry, or lack of functionality.

If that list on Sharkey's is complete, I will be chargrinned.
