Merrill has acted as the broker for the vast majority of insider Ebay sales. Tomorrow (the 23rd) a lockup period expires for millions of insider ebay shares. This is nothing more than a pump and dump. And the retail crowd fell for it hook line and sinker. One only needs to look at the performance of the last Merrill issued HOLDr basket- it has fallen over 50% in value in less than a month. Merrill certainly knows how to pick a top. Ebay will fall tomorrow. Insider selling will be immense.
