I'm really buying into the Amazon story at this point, and not because of everything they have, but what is in the
future. I'm not even talking about more product lines, or even physical products themselves. My thesis is that the real
profits, and lots of them will come from products that are electronically distributed (my full thoughts:
streetadvisor.com, including e-books, e-music, e-video and more. It looks
like amazon made the first move today.

My intent is not to be bearish but simply to understand what is going on. If AMZN will make their profits via sales that are electronically distributed, why did they buy and lease fourteen large physical distribution centers that require large expenses to run? This was done during the last twelve months too.
