SOrry you had a difficult time at the Cisco web site :-( I believe the CSCO web site has won multiple awards over the past few years for providing the best user experience and ease of use.... but then as they say "you can't please all the people all the time".

For what it's worth of the web sites I've visited the CSCO web site is faster than most...including LU and COMS. LU is pathetically slow.

The paradox of 3Com is that it's a well managed, very profitable company, with excellent products and happy customers, that none the less has proven unable to grow in an explosively growing industry.

The only thing I can conclude is that Eric is a good man in the wrong job.
