Angoss Insiders and employees

"After giving effect to all debt conversion during the 1999 fiscal
year there are currently 37,088,763 common shares issued and outstanding.
Approximately 19.6 per cent of these shares are held by directors,
officers, employees and their associates -- up from less than 5 per cent in
1998."

All financial numbers and technology developments aside, and I feel both are progressing nicely, the statement above was burried in the 3rd quarter release.

This tells me that Angoss employees, software developers, marketing, sales and administration staff has the confidense in the management of this company to invest their hard earned and over taxed canandian peos.

Now we don't know if any of these employee owned shares are from bonus or share option agreements but none the less it is in everyone's best interest in developing and selling the best data mining tools on the market.

So with the best quarter of the year upon us, it's time too show the market what Angoss can do.

Good Luck to all everyone at Angoss and the it's shareholders
