I have heard complaints about DSL also. I guess these emerging techs are having growing pains and for that reason AOL chooses to be on the sidelines for now.

The other day Herb Greenberg of THE STREET.COM was complaining about DSL since the company cannot provide him with uniterrupted service even though he lives about a mile or two from the nearest exchange.
