I had exactly the same problems with FirstUSA -- late posting of payments (sometimes 2 weeks), unsupported/unkown charges, late charges with interest, etc. A real scumbag operation, with no customer orientation. Dumb people on the phone, too! It only took me 3 months to bail out of that lousy operation.
