FirstEntertainment.com premiers new SoBe on TV commercial
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 1999--FirstEntertainment.com (OTC BB: FTET), a fully reporting company, (name change pending shareholder approval), is pleased to announce a new commercial for the "SoBe on TV Network."
"SoBe on TV," with its South Florida multicultural entertainment flavor, and hosted by the always funny, Delio Pacifici, streams edited broadcasts from well known "South Beach" and Ft. Lauderdale clubs like The Strand, Club Liquid, and Baja Beach Club to name a few. Boxing, Wrestling, Extreme Water Sports, and Fashion Shows will be presented from venues including the magnificent Loews Hotel in "SoBeLand."

F2M Media Networks delivers first spot commercials to advertisers. In the making of SoBe on TV, the development team delivers the trailer for F2M Media Entertainment in every compression format available. In creating a distribution platform F2M Media created a commercial in letterbox format as a "Spielberg Style" trailer. Michael Marsowicz said, "By developing for every net format we assure our platform remains general enough for every surfer to enjoy our media in their player. By encoding in multiple formats we remain out of the media wars and deliver experience. We don't care about encoding roadblocks as we work in them all, and accept any format of post material."

"FirstEntertainment remains one of the few houses that works in everything from HDTV, Macintosh formats, Microsoft media and Real Networks," states Marsowicz, CTO for FirstEntertainment.com. We can insert commercials as well as info-tainment into any format. FirstEntertainment encodes at the MPEG level or QuickTime as well as all other formats," continues Marsowicz. "We are a very serious player in this space and currently offer encoding for free. We will also build out e-commerce models for Epark around every sliver of media as we build partners in the heavy fronts."

Providing over 20 hours of original streaming content a month "SoBe on TV" permits The F2M Media Network an entirely new opportunity to generate revenue, from advertising, sponsorships and merchandising.

Future programming venues will include Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, and an F2-Network Christmas Special from Aspen Colorado.
