Eric L. I too am surprised at the 13% for Bell Atlantic. Suggest the key may be in the word "upgraded", much if not most of the CDMA that BEL has installed has been from scratch, leaving the analog in place alongside. Therefore you have robust coverage for both CDMA and analog side by side. Chaz

PS The Australian nationwide conversion from analogue to CDMA is just beginning and will take up to a year. In Latin America the conversions from analogue to CDMA are just starting also.

The next year will see major conversions so that CDMA will be well ahead of analog in several countries. But that is not so yet.

All just IMO of course.
