There is a tremendous battle going on between opposing forces in the gold market. You can expect that the producers are going to come under tremendous pressure to sell forward. Whether they hold the line or not is debateable. A sharply rising gold price would put enormous strains on the markets and I expect some novel initiatives from the bankers to contain this rally.
