Sometimes you get a little lucky,have you heard of northrock. I thought based on the cash flow tier one was cheap. Now i wish i had more share

Tempest Energy Corp. - Announcement

Calgary, Alberta - Wednesday, February 7, 2001, 6:59 PM EST

Tempest Energy Corp. ("Tempest"), a new, Calgary-based oil and
gas company which completed its initial public offering in
December, 2000 raising gross proceeds in excess of $7 million,
announces that it has successfully drilled and cased its first
well. The well was drilled on an internally generated exploration
prospect. Tempest operates and has earned an 80% working interest
in the well. Production testing of the well is currently being
undertaken.

In addition, Tempest has entered into a farmout agreement with a
major oil and gas company. Tempest has committed to drill four
exploration natural gas test wells to earn a 50% working interest
in approximately 36 gross sections of land. Subject to rig
availability, Tempest plans to commence drilling these wells in
March, 2001.

Tempest Class A shares and Class B shares are scheduled to be
listed and posted for trading on The Canadian Venture Exchange on
February 9, 2001. The Class A shares and the Class B shares will
trade under the symbols TMY.A and TMY.B, respectively.
