You might look at Quicken.com. I've used several and found this to be the best. You can organize your own column headings amongst a large choice of categories.

RE: setting up online portfolios. I use Quicken, so I have free access to Quicken.com, which lets you export your quicken portfolio and set up additional ones. Also gives you hot links to analysts reports, quotes, etc., etc., Very nice. Plus your Quicken portfolio can be updated as often as you wish.
