No management shift that I am aware of. Was just voicing my paranoia since I was burned with ddim. The management problem was with them, though I won't be at all surprised if something is cooking at pgo. I can give no rational reason as to why the slow drift downward, especially in light of vts drifting higher. Can anyone?
